Consumer rights, cancellations, and refunds (NFT Platform)

Your rights depend on your location and the nature of the purchase. If you are a UK consumer, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 may apply.

Where an NFT is supplied as digital content, your right to cancel may be lost once supply begins. On this Platform, by purchasing an NFT you request immediate performance (minting/transfer) and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the download/minting process has begun. The applicable cancellation position will be presented at checkout and confirmed on a durable medium.

If a Physical Asset is damaged in transit following redemption, contact support promptly with photographs of the packaging and contents. Remedies may include replacement, credit, or refund as set out in the applicable terms and your statutory rights.

We may provide refunds where required by law, where we cancel an order, or where otherwise stated in Release Specific Terms.
