1.  Tokenised assets (RWA) Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 2 March 2026

These RWA Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hedonism Wines tokenised assets (RWA) platform at nft.hedonism.co.uk (the "Platform") and any acquisition and holding of tokenised real-world assets (“RWA” or “Tokenised Asset”) offered via the Platform. Each Tokenised Asset is represented on the blockchain by a non-fungible token (“NFT”) that acts as the technical digital certificate associated with a specific physical bottle or lot.  

If there is any conflict between these Terms and any Release Specific Terms, the Release Specific Terms prevail for that Release. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy prevails with respect to personal data.  

These Terms incorporate all policies and/or notices referenced herein, each of which forms part of the binding contract between you and Hedonism.  

1.1 Definitions

In these Terms:

• "NFT" means a non-fungible token recorded on the relevant blockchain that functions as the digital certificate representing the contractual rights associated with a Physical Asset and the rights described in these Terms and the applicable Release Specific Terms.

• “RWA” or “Tokenised Asset” means a real-world asset represented on the Platform through a blockchain-based NFT that serves as the digital record associated with a specific Physical Asset.  

• "Physical Asset" means the bottle(s), case(s), or other alcoholic product(s) associated with an RWA identified in the NFT metadata and/ or Release Specific Terms. No representation or warranty is made as to the fitness for purpose, merchantability, or suitability for consumption, except as required by applicable statutory rights. 

• "Release" means a specific offering of one or more NFTs representing an RWA(s) made available for purchase via the Platform.  

• "Release Specific Terms" means additional terms for a particular Release, including pricing, availability, storage arrangements, redemption rules, and eligibility.  

• "Wallet" means a digital wallet capable of holding NFTs representing RWAs on the relevant blockchain network.  

• "Gas Fees" means blockchain network fees payable to validators or miners, not to Hedonism.  

• "Royalties" means any fees payable on secondary sales as encoded in the NFT smart contract or stated in Release Specific Terms.  

• "Redeem" or "Redemption" means requesting shipment or collection of the Physical Asset associated with an RWA, as identified by the corresponding NFT recorded on the blockchain, in accordance with the Platform redemption process and the Redemption, Storage and Delivery Terms.  

• "Business Day" means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England and Wales.  

1.2 Eligibility and jurisdiction

You must be at least 18 years old and of the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction, if higher, to use the Platform or to purchase, receive, or redeem any RWA associated with alcohol products. We may require age verification at any stage and may refuse service if we cannot verify eligibility.  

We operate a ‘Challenge 25’ policy. We verify age at purchase and/or redemption. If we or our carriers cannot verify your age, delivery will be refused, and no refund will be issued for shipping costs.  

The Platform is not directed to, and may be restricted in, certain jurisdictions. We may restrict or block access where required by law or policy, including due to sanctions, local cryptoasset rules, or alcohol import restrictions.  

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to, and use of the Platform, and any holding, transfer, or redemption of NFTs representing RWAs, complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.  

1.3 Accounts and security

You may need an account to access certain Platform features. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for all activity on your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.  

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support promptly.  

1.4 Nature of NFTs and no investment statement

NFTs representing RWAs that are sold on the Platform are digital collectibles linked to Physical Assets. NFTs are not securities, financial instruments, or a guarantee of future value and are not offered as an investment product. The value of an NFT can go down as well as up, and you may lose some or all of the money you spend. We do not provide financial advice.  

Any profits may be subject to Capital Gains Tax or other taxes, depending on your circumstances.  

The UK Financial Conduct Authority does not regulate most direct investments in cryptoassets and NFTs in the same way as traditional financial products. NFTs offered on the Platform do not constitute e-money, securities, collective investment schemes, or other regulated investments under English law. Nothing on the Platform constitutes an invitation or inducement to engage in investment activity within the meaning of section 21 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.  

Your purchase of an RWA represented by an NFT is not protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) or the Financial Ombudsman Service.
 
Physical Assets are not sold as part of a distance contract for goods until redemption is completed.

1.5 Purchases, pricing, and payment

The display of RWAs on the Platform is an ‘invitation to treat’. Your order is an offer.  Contract formation occurs only when we accept your order by confirming the transaction on the blockchain, or via email.  
The purchase price, accepted payment methods, and any purchase limits will be displayed on the Platform for each Release. We accept fiat (card) and specific cryptocurrencies. Prices may be stated in GBP and or in the specific cryptocurrency equivalents. Cryptocurrency exchange rates are indicative only and may change at the moment of transaction confirmation.   

Card payments  
Where offered, card payments are processed by authorised payment service providers. By completing checkout, you authorise the relevant provider and Hedonism Wines to charge your selected payment method for the amounts shown.  

Crypto payments  
Where offered, crypto payments are processed via supported blockchain networks and or authorised payment service providers. You are responsible for following the instructions presented during checkout and for using a compatible wallet where required. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed.  

Network fees  
Blockchain transactions may be subject to network fees, also known as Gas Fees, set by the blockchain network and not controlled by Hedonism Wines. All Gas Fees as well as any applicable network fees are your responsibility, may vary depending on network conditions and are non-refundable.  

We may decline, cancel, or limit transactions where required by law, where fraud or misuse is suspected, where a buyer is ineligible, where payment is not received or confirmed, or where operational constraints apply.  

1.6 Minting and delivery of NFTs

NFTs representing RWAs are delivered to the Wallet address you specify, or to a custodial wallet arrangement provided as part of the Platform, where offered.  

Once an NFT is delivered on chain, blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.

You are responsible for ensuring your Wallet is compatible with the relevant blockchain network and token standard, and for safeguarding your private keys and recovery phrase. We cannot restore access if you lose control of your Wallet.  

1.7 Physical Assets, storage, and custody

Unless and until redeemed, Physical Assets associated with RWAs are held in secure, climate-controlled storage by Hedonism or approved storage partners.  

Storage standards, handling processes, and any insurance arrangements are described in the Redemption, Storage and Delivery Terms and or the Release Specific Terms.  

We may move Physical Assets between approved facilities for operational reasons, provided they are maintained in appropriate storage conditions.  

Title to the Physical Asset does not pass to you until redemption is completed and the Physical Asset is released from storage, notwithstanding any reference to ‘ownership’ of the RWA represented by NFT; or of the NFT itself.   

Our liability for loss or damage to the Physical Asset while in storage is subject to the limitations set out below.  

1.8 Storage fees

Where storage fees apply, the amount, commencement date, and payment method will be stated in the Release Specific Terms.  

Non-payment may restrict your ability to redeem or to use Platform features, subject to applicable law and the relevant Release Specific Terms.  

Storage fees accrue in respect of the Physical Asset and are associated with the RWA rather than any particular holder. Any person seeking redemption must pay all outstanding storage fees before redemption can be completed.  

1.9 Redemption

Redemption is optional unless otherwise stated in the Release Specific Terms.   

Redemption is subject to payment of shipping, duties, and taxes.   

To redeem, you must follow the Platform redemption process, provide the required information, and pay all applicable charges, including shipping, duties, taxes, and any outstanding storage fees. You are the ‘importer of record’. You are solely responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import taxes. If you fail to pay these, the carrier may destroy the goods, and Hedonism shall not be liable.

Redemption is subject to legal and carrier restrictions, including age verification at delivery or collection. We may be unable to ship to certain destinations. If shipment is not legally possible, we may suspend redemption, and you may need to hold the RWA until shipment becomes possible or transfer it, subject to the applicable terms.  

If delivery fails due to your error (wrong address, absence, failure to show ID), you are liable for re-delivery costs or return shipping fees.  

After redemption, the NFT represented by the RWA may be updated to reflect redeemed status and should not be treated as a claim to a Physical Asset held in storage.  

You acknowledge that consumable Physical Assets are subject to inherent risks of changes in taste over time, and that such changes do not constitute damage or defect.  

Where specified in the Release Specific Terms, NFTs represented by RWAs may   
have a Redemption End Date after which redemption will no longer be available.
 
1.10 Delivery, duties, and taxes  
Unless stated otherwise, you are responsible for shipping charges and any import duties, taxes, and fees. These charges vary by destination and are outside our control.  

Failed delivery, refusal, incorrect address details, or inability to verify age may result in return to sender, re-delivery fees, additional storage charges, or cancellation, as described in the Delivery and International Shipping Information and the Redemption, Storage and Delivery Terms.  

1.11 Transfers, gifting, and secondary sales  
You may transfer or gift an NFT representing an RWA to another Wallet address in accordance with blockchain rules and any restrictions set out in Release Specific Terms.  

Secondary sales may be available via third-party marketplaces. We do not operate or control third-party marketplaces and do not guarantee liquidity, resale value, or marketplace support.

Royalties and marketplace fees may apply to secondary sales as encoded in the smart contract or stated in Release Specific Terms.  

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws when transferring or selling NFTs representing RWAs, including sanctions restrictions and local rules relating to alcohol.  

1.12 Intellectual property  
Except as expressly stated, NFTs representing RWAs do not transfer intellectual property rights. All brand names, logos, product images, Platform content, and any artwork remain the property of Hedonism or the relevant rights holders.  

You may display NFT-related artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes associated with owning the NFT represented by the RWA, subject to the Intellectual Property and Usage Rights Notice.  

1.13 Consumer rights, cancellations, and refunds  
Your rights depend on your location and the nature of the purchase. If you are a UK consumer, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 may apply.  

RWA: By purchasing an RWA represented by NFT, you request immediate performance of the contract (minting/transfer). You acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the purchase of the digital content (NFT) once the download/minting process has begun, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The applicable cancellation position will be presented at checkout and confirmed on a durable medium.  

If a Physical Asset is damaged in transit following redemption, contact support promptly with photographs of the packaging and contents. Remedies may include replacement, credit, or refund as set out in the applicable terms and your statutory rights.  

We may provide refunds where required by law, where we cancel an order, or where otherwise stated in Release Specific Terms.  

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NFTs representing the RWAs and associated services are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. Statutory rights relating to goods apply only upon redemption and delivery of Physical Assets, not to the respective NFT as digital content.

1.13A Cancellation prior to minting  

If minting or transfer of the NFT representing the RWA has not yet begun, you may cancel your order within 14 days of purchase by contacting support. If you cancel within this period, we will refund the purchase price using the original payment method.  

If you request minting during the cancellation period, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your right to cancel will be lost once minting begins.  

1.14 Compliance checks, prohibited conduct, and enforcement  
We may require identity verification and screening checks, including sanctions   
screening and anti-money laundering controls, depending on transaction type,   
value thresholds, payment method, and applicable law.  

You must not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, including fraud, money laundering, or sanctions evasion. Attempts to circumvent restrictions are prohibited.  

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably suspect prohibited conduct or are required to do so by law. We may refuse, cancel, or limit transactions where required by law or to protect the Platform and users.  

1.15 Platform availability and changes  
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any features for security, maintenance, legal, or operational reasons.  

Ownership of an NFT represented by the RWA is recorded on the blockchain and can exist independently of the Platform interface. However, storage and redemption are contractual services. The Service Continuity section and the Redemption, Storage and Delivery Terms explain how services are handled if they change or end.  

1.16 Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.  

Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:

a) we are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses (including loss of profits, or loss of opportunity), and loss arising from your use of third-party services, including Wallet providers, marketplaces, or carriers;  

b) we are not liable for losses arising from blockchain failures, forks, or ‘51% attacks’;  

c) we are not liable for losses arising from your loss of private keys or wallet access;
 
d) we exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations, or other terms that may apply to the Platform, NFTs, RWAs or Physical Assets;  

e) we are not be liable for any loss of value, loss of enjoyment, or subjective dissatisfaction with taste of a Physical Asset;  

(f) our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed  the lower of (i) the purchase price actually paid by you to Hedonism for the specific NFT giving rise to the claim, or (ii) £1,000, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

We are not responsible for blockchain network issues, smart contract failures, lost private keys, wallet incompatibility, Gas Fees or Gas Fee fluctuations, or irreversible transactions. Any additional liability caps, where applicable, will be stated in the Release Specific Terms and may depend on the nature of the transaction.  

1.17 Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.

We encourage you to contact support first to resolve disputes informally.

2. Release Specific Terms

For each release of NFT represented by RWAs, Hedonism Wines will publish Release Specific Terms that apply to that release only. These Release Specific Terms supplement the RWA Terms and Conditions and will be made available on the Platform at or before the time of purchase.

• Each set of Release Specific Terms will include, where applicable:  

• The release name and release date.  

• Eligibility requirements and any purchase limits.  

• A description of the physical assets associated with the RWAs in that NFT release, as shown on the relevant product pages.  

• The total quantity of RWAs represented by NFTs available in the release.  

• Pricing information, as shown on the relevant product pages.  

• Accepted payment methods for the release.  

• The blockchain network and token standard used.  

• Whether any royalties apply to secondary sales and, if so, the applicable percentage and recipient.  

• Any included storage period and any storage fees thereafter.  

• Any redemption rules or restrictions specific to the release.  

• Delivery and or collection options applicable to the release.  

• Any other special conditions applicable to the release.  

Where there is any conflict between the RWA Terms and Conditions and the Release Specific Terms for a particular release, the Release Specific Terms will prevail for that release.  

3. Redemption, Storage and Delivery Terms

These terms explain storage, redemption, and delivery of Physical Assets associated with RWAs. They form part of the contract between you and Hedonism when you use redemption or storage services.

3.1 Storage services

Physical Assets are stored in secure, climate-controlled facilities by Hedonism or approved partners. Handling is performed by trained staff.

We may move Physical Assets between approved facilities for operational reasons, provided appropriate storage conditions are maintained.  

3.2 Insurance

If insurance applies, it is subject to the insurer's terms and exclusions. The scope of insurance, any exclusions, and the claims process will be set out in the applicable terms or support instructions.

3.3 Redemption requests

To redeem, you must submit a redemption request through the Platform, confirm the RWA representing the NFT you wish to redeem, provide delivery or collection   
details, and pay applicable fees.

We may require identity and age verification for the redeemer and or recipient. We may refuse redemption where required by law or where checks cannot be completed.  

3.3A Redemption request status and completion

A redemption request is not complete until all applicable fees, including shipping, duties, taxes, and any storage fees, have been paid in full. If fees are not paid, the redemption request will remain pending and may be suspended or cancelled in accordance with section 3.3B. The RWA representing the NFT will remain redeemable unless otherwise stated in the Release Specific Terms.  

3.3B Fee quotation validity and expiry

Redemption fee quotations are valid for the period stated at the time of issue,   
typically 14 or 30 days. If payment is not received within this period, the   
redemption request will expire and may be cancelled. A new redemption request   
may be submitted and will be subject to updated fees.  

3.3C Suspension for non payment

If applicable fees are not paid, we may suspend processing of the redemption   
request. Suspension does not affect ownership of the RWA represented by the   
respective NFT or future ability to redeem, subject to storage fees and any long   
stop provisions.  

3.4 Delivery and collection

Delivery options and supported destinations vary. Supported destinations may   
change due to legal, customs, or carrier constraints.  

Where collection is offered, collection is by appointment at Hedonism Wines 3/7   
Davies Street Mayfair W1K 3DJ United Kingdom and may require photo   
identification, order confirmation, and age verification.

3.5 Duties, taxes, and customs

Unless stated otherwise, you are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees. These may be collected by the carrier or customs authorities and can delay delivery.  

3.6 Failed delivery, returns, and re-delivery

If delivery fails due to absence, refusal, inability to verify age, or incorrect address details, the shipment may be returned or held by the carrier. Additional fees apply for re-delivery, return shipping, and or additional storage.  

3.7 Where shipping is not possible

If shipping to your destination is not legally possible, we may suspend the   
redemption request. You may be required to hold the RWA until shipment becomes possible or transfer it, subject to the RWA Terms and Release Specific Terms. If shipment is not legally possible for an extended period, we may continue storage subject to applicable storage fees, or apply the long stop provisions set out in   
section 3.11.

3.8 Condition at redemption

We will dispatch the Physical Asset in the condition it is held in storage, subject to normal handling and carrier risks. Photographs on the Platform are illustrative unless stated otherwise.

3.9 Timeframes

Indicative processing and shipping timeframes will be shown during redemption. Timeframes can vary due to customs, carrier capacity, and peak periods. Failure to complete payment of applicable fees within the stated timeframe may result in expiry or cancellation of the redemption request.

3.10 Redemption finality

Once redemption is completed and the Physical Asset is released from storage, the NFT representing the RWA may be updated to reflect redeemed status.  

3.11 Long stop storage period and disposal

We may specify a maximum storage period for Physical Assets, as stated in the   
Release Specific Terms or otherwise notified to you.

If a Physical Asset remains unredeemed after this period:   

• the right to redemption may terminate;
• and we may, acting reasonably, sell or otherwise dispose of the Physical Asset to recover unpaid storage, insurance, and administrative costs; 
• and any remaining proceeds, after deduction of reasonable costs, may be held for you for a period of 12 months, after which they may be treated as unclaimed funds in accordance with applicable law.

4. Delivery and International Shipping Information

This page provides high-level delivery information for redeemed Physical Assets. Specific details are confirmed at redemption.

• Delivery method: age-verified delivery where required; signature may be required.

• Recipient requirements: legal drinking age; valid identification may be required; delivery may be refused if age cannot be verified or if the recipient appears intoxicated.

• Duties and taxes: customer responsibility unless stated otherwise.

• Restricted destinations: some destinations prohibit the import of alcohol or require permits; shipping may be suspended where not legally permitted.

• Address accuracy: ensure address and contact details are correct; failed delivery fees may apply.

• In-store collection: where offered, collection by appointment at Hedonism Wines 3/7 Davies Street Mayfair W1K 3DJ United Kingdom with identification and age verification.

• Corporate, concierge, or third-party deliveries: contact support for special arrangements and documentation requirements.

5. Fees and Charges Overview

Fees may vary by Release. All applicable fees are shown before you confirm a purchase or redemption.

5.1 Purchase-related fees

• RWA purchase price: shown on the Platform.

• Payment provider fees: where applicable, disclosed at checkout.

• Gas Fees: blockchain network fees payable to the network, not Hedonism.

5.2 Storage fees

Storage fees may apply after any included storage period. Fees and timing are stated in Release Specific Terms. Non payment may restrict redemption or Platform based features, subject to applicable law. Storage fees accrue automatically from the date specified in the Release Specific Terms whether or not invoiced periodically. All accrued fees must be paid prior to redemption.

5.3 Redemption and shipping fees

• Shipping and handling: payable at redemption.

• Duties and taxes: payable by the customer unless stated otherwise.

• Re-delivery or return fees: may apply where delivery fails, or collection is missed.

5.4 Royalties and secondary market fees

Royalties may apply to secondary sales as set out in the smart contract and Release Specific Terms. Third-party marketplaces may also charge fees.

6. NFT Risk Disclosure

• NFTs are collectibles and may decrease in value; resale is not guaranteed.

• The regulatory position for cryptoassets and NFTs is evolving; protections may be limited.

• Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible after confirmation.

• Loss of Wallet private keys or recovery phrase can result in permanent loss of access.

• Blockchain networks can experience congestion, delays, forks, or outages.

• You may rely on third party Wallet providers, marketplaces, payment providers, and carriers.

• International delivery may be delayed, refused, or require additional documentation; duties and taxes may apply.

• Age verification is required; delivery may be refused if age cannot be verified or if the recipient is absent or appears intoxicated.

You should be prepared to lose all the money you spend on cryptoassets and NFTs.

7.1 Controller and contact

7.2 Personal data we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone number, account credentials.

• Identity and age verification data: date of birth, verification results, and, where required, ID document data processed via verification providers.

• Transaction data: purchases, redemptions, fees, and support interactions.

• Wallet data: Wallet address and on-chain transaction identifiers, which may be publicly visible.

• Delivery data: recipient name, address, contact details, and delivery instructions.

• Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, cookies, and analytics information.

7.3 How we use personal data

We use personal data to:

• provide the Platform and administer accounts;  

• process purchases, storage, and redemptions;
 
• perform eligibility, age, identity, and compliance checks where required;  

• prevent fraud and secure the Platform;  

• provide customer support and operational communications;  

• comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests;  

• send marketing communications where you have opted in or where   
permitted, with preference controls.

7.4 Lawful bases

We rely on performance of contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests, and consent (for certain marketing and cookie categories), as applicable.

7.5 Sharing and processors

We may share personal data with payment providers, identity verification providers, storage partners, carriers, analytics providers, professional advisers, and authorities where legally required.

7.6 International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

7.7 Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, and compliance requirements.

7.8 Your rights

You may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, as well as the right to complain to the ICO. Some rights may be limited where blockchain records are immutable or where we have legal obligations to retain data.

7.9 Blockchain notice

Some data, such as Wallet addresses and transaction history, is permanently recorded on the public blockchain and may be publicly visible on the blockchain and cannot be deleted or altered by Hedonism, even if you exercise your right to erasure under the GDPR. By using this Platform, you explicitly acknowledge this limitation.

8. Cookies Policy

This Cookies Policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies on the Platform.

We use strictly necessary cookies for operational and security purposes. We may use functional cookies to remember preferences, analytics cookies to understand usage, and marketing cookies for personalised advertising, where used.

Wallet connection tools and third-party scripts may set or access device identifiers. Cookie preferences can be managed via your browser settings.

9. Age Verification and Alcohol Compliance Notice

You must be at least 18 years old and of legal drinking age in your location to purchase, receive, or redeem NFTs linked to alcohol products.

We may perform age verification at account creation, checkout, redemption, and or delivery or collection. We may require government-issued photo identification.

Deliveries may be age-verified by the carrier. Delivery may be refused if age cannot be verified, the recipient is absent, or the recipient appears intoxicated.

Where appropriate, we may operate a proof of age approach consistent with common retail practice, which can include requesting ID where a recipient appears below a threshold age.

10. Sanctions and Restricted Jurisdictions Notice

We comply with applicable sanctions and export control laws. We may screen   
customers and counterparties against the UK Sanctions List and other applicable   
lists. Transactions may be refused, cancelled, or suspended where required by law   
or where a match or risk is identified.

You may not use the Platform if you are located in a jurisdiction where the   
purchase of cryptoassets or the import of alcohol is prohibited.

We may therefore restrict access from certain jurisdictions due to sanctions, local   
cryptoasset rules, or alcohol import limitations. We may request information to

suspension and, where required, reporting to relevant authorities.

11. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights Notice

You own the NFT representing the RWA and the Physical Asset (upon redemption).   
You do not own the copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property in the artwork   
or Hedonism brand. 

Unless explicitly stated in Release Specific Terms, owning an NFT does not grant   
you ownership of any intellectual property rights in artwork, product images, brand   
names, logos, or other content.

You may display NFT-related artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes. You   
must not use Hedonism Wines or producer trademarks in a way that suggests   
endorsement or affiliation beyond ownership of the NFT representing the RWA.

We may update metadata of the NFT represented by the RWA to reflect redemption   
status, correct errors, or comply with legal requirements, as permitted by the   
Terms.
