Domaine de la Romanée-Conti Romanée-Conti 2006 is a Pinot Noir from the most famous 1.8-hectare vineyard in the world. The terroir consists of brown limestone and clay, producing a wine that is the pinnacle of Vosne-Romanée. The 2006 vintage was a challenging year that required rigorous selection, resulting in a wine of great purity and poise.

Fermentation took place in open wooden vats using whole clusters, followed by ageing in 100% new French oak for 18 to 20 months. The 600cl format ensures a very slow maturation process, preserving the wine's ethereal floral notes and crystalline red fruit.

It is a wine of legendary depth, featuring a multifaceted palate of rose petals, oriental spices and forest floor.
