Hermitage Paradis Grande Champagne 1888 is a rare, single-estate vintage Cognac produced by Hermitage in France. This very old and rare Grande Champagne cognac was distilled in 1888. The initial smell of molasses characterises an extremely well-aged rancio. Spiced cherry and roasted walnut aromas complete the aroma profile. On the palate, the molasses, cherry and roasted walnut are all present, but also notes of turmeric, black truffle, figs, cocoa and almonds.A rich, delicate palate leads to a long finish with notes of floral spice and baking spices.
